How Do I Find A Doctor That Accepts Aetna Medicare?

If you need to search for a doctor or other health care provider who will accept your Aetna Medicare Advantage or Aetna Medicare Part D plan, you can use the Aetna provider lookup tool to find an Aetna Medicare doctor near you.

How Do I Replace My Plan ID Card?

If your plan ID card is lost, stolen or damaged, you may log into your Aetna account and view and print a new card.

If you are unable to do so, call Aetna Medicare member services using the appropriate Aetna customer service phone number.

How Do I Change My Aetna Medicare Plan?

Before changing your Medicare coverage, speak with a licensed insurance agent about your eligibility to switch plans, the process for doing so and any questions you may have about the Aetna Medicare plans available to you.

How Do I Report a Death?

If you need to report the death of an Aetna Medicare plan member, you may do so by contacting the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 to close the account.
