You may make a payment for a Blue Cross NC Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D or Medicare Supplement Insurance plan by phone by calling 1-844-395-4545, or you can submit a payment online in your Blue Connect account.

For individual, family or dental plans, call 1-800-333-7009 to pay over the phone, mail a check to the address on your bill or pay online in your account summary.

How to File or Check the Status of a Claim

Only in rare instances will you have to file a claim yourself with a Blue Cross NC Medicare plan or health insurance plan.

You may need to file claims for something like eyeglass lenses, frames or dental products you receive.
